Wieder ein absoluter melodischer Power-Metal-Kracher aus dem Hause LMP. Das Label geht ab wie eine Tüte Mücken!!! :-) Was haben sie nicht alles in der letzten Zeit heraus gebracht. Ich erinnere Euch nur an DUNGEON, PAGAN'S MIND, GODIVA und jetzt BLACK MAJESTY. Die aus dem australischen Melbourne kommende Bamd legt mit "Silent Company" den oberamtlichen Nachfolger zum 2003er Debüt "Sands Of Time" nach. Die neuen Songs sind wahre Hammer im Bereich des melodischen Power-Metals geworden. Egal, ob die abgeh' Nummern "Silent Company", "Dragon Reborn" oder das ruhige "Darkened Room" es passt alles genial zusammen. Den Vogel schießt aber das völlig geniale Cover von John English "Six Ribbons" ab !!! Fantastisch der Wechselgesang von der engelsgleichen Frauenstimme hin zu dem kraftvollen Shouting von John Cavaliere und das alles in ein keltisch angehauchtes Feeling verpackt....Genial !!! "Silent Company" ist eine absolute Kaufempfehlung für melodische Power-Metal-Fans!!!

Once more an absolute melodic Power Metal Bomb, made by LMP's House! This label's really got it!! Quite a lot of great releases during the last weeks. Just reminding you of things like DUNGEON, PAGAN'S MIND, GODIVA and now BLACK MAJESTY.............
Coming form Melbourne, Australia BLACK MAJESTY are presenting with "Silent Company" the follow-up to their 2003 debüt album "Sands Of Time" which is qualitatively to be regarded as on the same level. The new songs are real "hammers" out of the genre of melodic power metal!! No matter if you take the uptempo songs "Silent Company", "Dragon Reborn" or the more downslowed "Darkened Room" anything is fitting together on this album. What really impressed me, was the really well done Cover of John English's "Six Ribbons"!!! Fantastic, the antiphony of the really angel-like Women's vocals to the powerful shouting of John Cavaliere and all of this wrapped into a celtic kind of feeling, absolutely great !! "Silent Company" is absolutely recommended for fans of melodic Power-Metal !!! So, come on and buy!!

Wieder mal ein Leckerbissen aus Australien, der Hunger auf mehr macht. Leider ist diese Promo-CD nach guten 20 Minuten schon zu Ende. Weil es aber richtig Spaß gemacht hat, wird halt die Scheibe noch mal gehört. Lohnt sich! Geboten wird feinster, melodischer Powermetal. Aber keine Angst, es sind weder Kinderliedgesänge bzw. Bombastarien zu hören. Wenige zarte, progressive Elemente heben die Kompositionen noch auf ein höheres Niveau. Als Gastsänger hat sich beim Song „Guardian“ die ex- PEGAZUS-Nachtigall Danny Cecatti eingefunden. Weiterhin ist auch Cory Betts (Pegazus) mit von der Partie, der laut Angaben im Booklet in allen Songs den Bass gespielt hat, obwohl die Band ja einen Basser hat. Also Fans von Pegazus werden auch an BLACK MAJESTY ihre Freude haben. Man kann nur hoffen, dass eine so talentierte Band einen Deal ergattert und uns mit mehr Ergüssen ihres Könnens beglücken wird.

No problem, just press the „repeat“ button to enjoy this great melodic Power Metal output again. But don’t worry, no „happy“, bombastic melodies and refrains here. Several slight progressive elements lift the song material to an even higher level. The song „Guardian“ features ex-PEGAZUS nightingale Danny Cecatti. Moreover, Cory Betts (PEGAZUS) takes part in this album playing bass on all songs according to the booklet. Seems strange since the band has a regular bassist...Fans of PEGAZUS will enjoy BLACK MAJESTY as well. Hope they will get a deal soon to show us more results of their talents.
