Bitte anschnallen !! Jetzt gibt es mal wieder so richtig satt auf die Lauschlappen. Nachdem mir seit geraumer Zeit bereits ein 3 Song Demo der Band vorlag, war ich auf das erste komplette Album der Band gespannt. Und diese Erwartungen hat die Band voll erfüllt. Technischer Power/Thrash Metal aus Chicago wird dem Metalfan hier serviert. Und dieser ist gespickt mit melodischen und auch progressiven Parts. Endlich mal wieder eine Scheibe, die man nicht nach dem zweiten Durchlauf beseite legt. Nein hier hier gibt es mit jedem Durchlauf weitere Finessen zu entdecken. Die Produktion ist zudem absolut geil (Produced by Dan Swanö and mastered by James Murphy). Mit John Barr hat die Band einen Sänger, der außerdem genau zum Stil dieses Werkes passt. Mit seinem rauhen, dreckig und brutalen Gesang, der es trotzdem schafft eine gewisse melodische Nuance in die Songs zu transportieren, knallen die Songs so richtig. Verantwortlich hierfür sind natürlich auch die Leadgitarren, die den 9 Metalgeschossen den richtigen Drive verleihen und ein Riff das nächste jagen lassen. Power pur. Dieser Silberling ist bereits jetzt eines der Highlights für das Jahr 2006. Wer auf CONTROL DENIED und ähnlich ausgerichtete Bands abfährt, sollte hier seine Kohle investieren. www.edensfall.com

Please fasten your seat-belts !! This one will make your ears bleed. Already knowing the band’s 3 song demo I was eager to get to hear their first full-length release. And I didn’t get disappointed. Technical Power/Thrash Metal from Chicago with many melodic and progressive parts. You will listen to this one again and again, not for two times at the most. No,this album is a real grower, you will discover new refinements with any further time you listen to it. Moreover the production is really killing (produced by Dan Swanö and mastered by James Murphy) and John Barr’s voice perfectly fits stylistically. His rough, dirty and brutal vocals with a melodic touch make the songs really explosive. 9 Metal Missiles of Pure power supported by great lead guitar work delivering tons of brilliant riffs.
