Nach dem sehr guten Einstand aus dem Jahr 2004 war ich natürlich auf den Nachfolger gespannt. Die Band hatte mich ja in der Entstehungsphase von „Unchain the world“ immer mit Infos versorgt. Mal waren es Bilder aus dem Studio und dann kamen auch 2 Songs per mp3 über den großen Teich. Und da war mir schon im voraus klar, dass das neue Album eine deutliche Steigerung zum Debüt wird. Und ich wurde nicht enttäuscht. Der Sound ist auf der aktuellen CD knackig und klar. Da kommen auch endlich die Gitarrenzupfer so richtig zur Geltung. Mit dem neuen Vorturner am Mikro hat die Band ebenfalls einen Glücksgriff getan. Hat er doch zum Vorgänger ein wesentlich breiteres Spektrum der Tonlagen zu bieten. Natürlich ist die Band ihrem Stil treu geblieben ist. SAVATAGE und Co. lassen weiterhin grüßen. Für mich eines der Highlights des endenden Jahres 2006. Also Leute, kauft die CD zum Weihnachtsfest und blast die Nadeln von der Tanne!!!! Die Jungs haben es verdient, endlich ein wenig mehr Beachtung zu finden. Die CD gibt es bei allen bekannten Händlern. Also keine Ausreden.....

Already knowing their very good debut album released in 2004 I was very eager to get to hear its follow-up of course. The band provided me with information about the recording process of "Unchain The World" regularly, one time pictures taken in the studio, another time they sent me 2 songs as mp3 files across the great ocean. And soon it became clear to me that the new album would be a giant leap forward. In fact, I didn't get disappointed. The sound of the CD is heavy and clear and puts a strong emphasis on the brilliant guitar work. Moreover the band's new vocalist is a perfect choice as well with his much more variable and wide-ranged voice. Needless to say that the guys have stuck to their roots. Greetings from Savatage and company once again. To my mind one of the highlights of the ending year 2006. So,Dudes, go and purchase this CD for Christmas and blow thew needles of the fir-tree !!! These guys are worth your attention. This CD is available via every well-known record dealer, so there is no excuse...

Nach einen voluminösen Intro offenbarte die Band ihre Vision des Metal. Schon nach dem ersten Song war ich hell begeistert. Was mir da die Lauschlappen zum Klingeln brachte, ist schon eine Klasse für sich. Kritiker können mir natürlich sofort nachsagen, dass sie bei einem Truemetalscheibchen auch nichts anderes erwartet haben. Aber so ist es und so soll es auch bleiben. Mich überzeugt die Band mit ihren powervollen melodischen Metal absolut. Wenn man auf der Homepage der Band liest, durch wen die einzelnen Musiker inspiriert wurden, ist ja alles klar. QUEENSRYCHE, SAVATAGE, DREAM THEATER stehen da u.a. in den Kurzbios. Und genau diese Vorbilder setzt die Band in ihren Songs um. Was natürlich nicht bedeutet, dass hier diese Truppen einfach nur kopiert werden. Die Band hat schon ihr eigenes Konzept. Es ist mir einfach ein Rätsel, dass eine Band wie BRUTAL HAND im Underground spielt und jede Trendmucke millionenfach verkauft wird. Welch eine Schande. After a voluminous Intro the band revealed their vision of Metal. I got enthusiastic after the opening track already for the music that made my ears ring is a class of its own. Critics may say that they wouldn’t have expected something else concerning a True Metal album. But so it is and so it shall be forevermore. The band’s powerful and melodic Metal totally convinces me. And if you look at their music influences listed on their homepage everything’s crystal clear to me. Queensryche, Savatage, Dream Theater are mentioned within the band member’s brief biographies. But they definitely aren’t a simple rip-off, they surely show an own concept. It’s simply a mystery to me why bands like Brutal Hand remains underground while every kind of trendy shit sells millions. What a shame.
